Instructions
Accessing the Phone directory is very simple, below is a step by step process on how access it.
Firstly Press the contacts button (looks like a Person) to accesses personal and shared directories.
Next Dial the name of the call recipient by using the number pad or press the down arrow untill the display read the desired room to call.
Lastly To begin dialling: Pick up the hand set, Press the Call Button, or Press Call on the display.
