Instructions
The directory is quite simple and easy to use. Below is a step by step process on using it.
Firstly press the Contacts button (looks like a Book) to access personal and shared directories.
Next dial the name of the call recipient using the number pad, or use the down arrow key till you get to the correct room to call.
Lastly To begin dialling: Pick up the hand set, Press the Call Button, or Press Call on the display.
