Creating a QR Poster

Information:

This creates a QR poster visitors can use to sign in with thier phones. They can then use it to sign out.

Important note: To keep the process secure it is advised that the QR code gets regenerated every month.

Instructions:

  1. Add a new Kiosk

    To create your poster, first add your kiosk:

    1. Go to Tools > Locations.

    2. Click View next to the location.

    3. Select Sign In/Out Kiosks from the menu on the left side.

    4. Click Create a New Kiosk.

    5. Enter your kiosk name.

    6. Select the access point.

    7. Select QR code poster as the kiosk device.

    8. (Optional) Select the employee list privacy settings.

    9. Click Next.

  2. Customise it - Person type, printing settings, notifications, question rules etc

  3. Customise the post and mobile sing in layout
