CCS Student Instructions Uploading Your Exam

Hand-written tasks will need to be submitted electronically at the end of the examination time. In order to do this, you will need to take a photo of the hand-written content. For each page please take a seperate picture.

We recommend at the minimum using a smart phone's camera app, however, it is prefereable if you are able to use a scanning app such as Cam Scanner.

 

  1. Take photos of your exam responses with a scanner app or your phone camera app.

  2. If you haven’t already got Google Drive installed on your smartphone it can be found on the Apple Appstore or Google Play Store.

  3. On your smartphone, open the Google Drive app.

  4. Login using your CCS account.

  5. Tap the ‘Shared’ tab at the bottom of the screen.

  6. Locate and open the folder shared with you, named “Trials - Firstname Surname”

  7. Tap Add + .

  8. tap Upload.

  9. Select Photos and Videos and add the photos you have taken of your exam.

  10. If you are feeling generous you could even rename the images with your first and last name and the page number e.g John_Smith_01, John_Smith_02….

Alternatively you may also email the images to your school email in order to make them availiable to upload on your school device.

  1. (smartphone) After carefully photographing each page on your smartphone you will need to email the images to your CCS email.

  2. (laptop/chromebook) Open your CCS Gmail Inbox – locate the email you sent and download the images.

  3. Open Google Grive, on the left hand menu select Shared with me.

  4. Locate and open the folder shared with you, named “Trials - Firstname Surname”

  5. Drag your downloaded images you took of the exam responses into the folder.

  6. If you are feeling generous you could even rename the images with your first and last name and the page number e.g John_Smith_01, John_Smith_02….
