  • Open Edge (best default browser). Find the three horizontal dots on the toolbar and go to ‘settings’ menu.

  1. You are encouraged to save all files in Teams channel folders for easy collaboration. Always ‘share’ files. Avoid copying and saving personal versions of documents. Use the ‘share' button or copy the file 'link’ and paste it into chats, channels or emails. Any files for personal use can be saved in OneDrive.

  • It will be easy to identify current files if staff save their files with the year, month or day at the end of the file name. Regularly deleting unwanted files and old versions of files is a good habit to keep digital filing organized.
