Email: For email we have migrated to Office 365 for 2024. This is your email client where you can send and receive messages, schedule meetings, and manage your contacts. To access your email you can navigate to https://outlook.office.com
Microsoft Teams: This is our main communication platform where you can chat, call, and video conference with your colleagues and managers. You can also access shared files, calendars, and other resources. To join Teams, please use this link: https://teams.microsoft.com
Communication Conventions: As part of our shift from Email to Teams for internal communications, please review the articles at this location - Microsoft How-To's and Shortcuts (accessible on the SEQTA Portal)
Learning Management System - Our LMS is SEQTA. This is used for pastoral care, attendance, markbook, lesson planning etc. This is accessed by going to https://staff.calderwoodcs.nsw.edu.au. To login, select the button 'Login with Staff Email'.
Printing: There are 3 photocopiers you are able to use. The queue to print to them is called ‘FollowYou’. If you send it to this queue you are able to release the job at any of the 3 copiers. You will be provided with a staff ID card that will double up as a swipe card for the photocopiers
WiFi: There is Wifi located across the campus. On your primary provided device, you will be joined to the CCS network that is protected by filtering and an enterprise Firewall. For any personal devices such as a phone or tablet, we have configured a secondary network. Please ask IT to assist you in joining this (there is limited cellular reception at CCS)
Sign-In: As part of our emergency evacuation/lockdown and safety of the campus, we utilise an application called OnLocation. This enables auto-sign in and auto-sign out of Campus based on the GeoLocation of your device. Please liase with IT for instructions on setting this up
