How to set-up the Mic lectern.

1. Behind the roller door, where the sound board is kept, on a shelf there is a XLR Cable. This cable is to be plugged into the wall near the door in the port labelled ‘Lectern 1’ (behind the curtain), and plug the other side into the lectern's XLR Input on the under side.

   To control the mic’s volume use the touch system. Select: Audio Only or Projection and Audio> Audio > Slider Labelled Lectern 1. For more Help on the touch system refer to > Touch System in CCS Hall

3. After use please Return all equipment to there rightful spots so the next user may easily find them.

4. If All else fails use the wireless mics underneath the touch display. Their Volume is controlled by the first 2 sliders:

What if something goes wrong?

In the event of there being no/damaged XLR cable or the mic isn’t working please notify the IT Department.
